Spring is here! And with the year flying by, we’re seeing excellent property growth in the region

On the back of the high tourism rates and ever-increasing population with major infrastructure steadfast to keep up, the Sunshine Coast is as attractive for investors as it is for those wanting a sea change.

Major infrastructure works and large scale residential builds are creating new, densely populated suburbs. What this means is the need for commercial space will be in big demand.

Populated areas where young adults and families are ready to spend are ideal for retail investment; but retail is not the only big player when it comes to profitable investment.

As areas become more populated the need to have everything you need local is a big drawcard; businesses choosing to base themselves local make investment in office space necessary. Workplaces are changing and we’re seeing less of what once considered a “standard” office space. Ergonomic design welcomes new spaces being fit for different purposes, which is an interesting concept to consider when investing.

Locally, Noosa’s proximity to major roads connecting both north and south make it an ideal area for industrial business. With so much infrastructure and development in the region, having the space to base local is beneficial for business.

Coming into the warmer months, now is the time businesses are getting ready to set up for the peak period; and with major works well underway around the coast, interest in the region is heating up.
